My company represents athletes and staff in Norway, England, Iceland, Netherlands, Scotland, Faroe Islands and Spain. We have a FIFA licensed agent, head of scouting, head of foreign markets, two scouts and myself as the full-time CEO.

OneDream is a concept I developed as an effort to use sports as a tool to lower the many hurdles that hinder youth to partake in activity. Currently scheduled to have my third football camp this summer. To date we have arranged two large football schools gathering children from 8 different nations.

In this particular endeavour I serve as a project manager. My role entails recruitment, planning, handling all inquires associated with the football camp and general HR.

Obtained a bachelors degree in sport management.

Worked with players individually and as an assistant coach for the u-16s (grassroots)

My second period as head coach after my military service. I was head coach for the same team, but at that time they had become u-16s. Payed seasonal contract. Merits: 2. place in the local u-16 first-division.

Completed my military service with a clean record and good merits as a Kings Guard.

Functioned as the head coach of the u-14 team for my local club Stange.
