Recruitment Consultant
CurrentMain Tasks: • Sourcing and attracting talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, and networking. • Screening resumes and applications, and conducting interviews to evaluate candidates. • Assessing candidate skills, experience, and fit for the role, and recommending candidates. • Building and maintaining relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders involved in the recruitment process. • Collaborating with other members of the recruitment team, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful recruitment outcomes. • Collaboration with hiring manager creating job descriptions, identifying key skills and main tasks needed for each position. • Advertising positions on job boards and various social media.
