I have conceived and built a number of highly successful digital product and services - such as ANZ Buy Ready (Mortgages), ANZ Business Insights (an SME data & reporting service), GetCreditScore (a service that has provided over 1M Australians with their credit bureau score) and the SocietyOne Personal Loan Quote (the first product of it's type in the Australian market).I have strong technical skills in needs based segmentation, design thinking, market research, data analysis, experimental design/test and learn, and sales funnel optimisation.Over 20 years working in product and portfolio management roles in fintech (SocietyOne), major bank (NAB, ANZ, Westpac) and cloud accounting firms (Xero).Before that, 8 years working for Telstra in customer research, customer segmentation, strategy and product management roles in B2B and consumer markets.
