I started Sembrar to solve the problem of business leaders jumping into product ideas with too much human capital investment too early, and distracting their team with low priority projects. In a rush to make progress on a new product line businesses leaders too often think a full time employee is the answer. There is too much risk in this approach. We take the risk out of this approach by being your product manager for the first stages of a products life. We know how to build new products and we work directly with your development team to execute on new product ideas quickly, before you or that new product manager invest too much time into it. If we find a successful new product line, we will then help you hire the right full time product manager to carry the product forward.

After nearly 8 years of organizing the greatest product, design and research community in the world, I am stepping out of the day to day of Product Hive to become a advisor to the board. What a ride it has been, and a piece of my heart will always be with the community volunteers I worked with. I am looking forward to my role of being an active community member and an advisor to the board!

After working closely with other passionate Product Managers and Designers to grow Product Hive to a successful non profit community organization of over 8,000 happy members with monthly in-person recorded events, a mentorship program, quarterly workshops, over 40 volunteers and more... I was tired. It was time to let other passionate community members take on the day to day of running and growing one of the best product and UX communities in the world. I am happy to be leading Product Hive from a different vantage point now.

Enterprises can get overwhelmed from the large amount of customer feedback they get from both formal and informal sources. However, this feedback holds the key for them creating a better customer experience. I am building automated analysis tools using text analytics and machine learning to find insights into our clients CX program.

My responsibilities include managing Ghostery Custom Data Products. I help the business and clients understand the Ghostery data and drive custom solutions and products for delivering that data to our customers.

At Dreifus Associates I consult and advise executives of software technology companies on product management and product marketing activities. My goal is to help technology companies create the most effective strategies that will make them successful, and then help them execute on those strategies. In this position I advise on a myriad of topics including enterprise SaaS, product management, market penetration strategy, business model analysis, product development.

Co-founded this technology company to develop social commerce software that enables retailers to accomplish three critical goals: Extend their reach by enabling them to effectively attract potential customers online via social media;Enhance their relevance by identifying each individual customer’s interests; Engage these customers by recommending products that match each user’s identified interests in real time, significantly increasing revenue and profits.

While at Livewire I worked with the Executive Team to explore new business opportunities for the Livewire Technology. In a brief period I was able to open up doors to key industry players and help Livewire penetrate new markets. As a result Livewire was able to validate product and technology application and lay a foundation for new business.
