About Heather Gardner
I have a passion for assisting people as they navigate difficult challenges and helping them to find a unique solution that helps them realize and achieve their goals. And the fact that I get to do this for a living is a bonus. I am a problem-solver by nature and love fixing things, which is an asset for helping people to maximize the value of their business. I have spent more than 25 years in executive leadership positions, working collaboratively with stakeholders to develop and lead businesses and teams in high-performing manufacturing, real estate, and education-focused organizations. My personal experience in running all aspects of a variety of businesses helps me assist my clients in understanding the fundamental challenges they and their businesses face and provide them with tools to help them solve these challenges. These tools show business owners and boards the costs of running their businesses and the impact certain decisions and operating practices will have. When I’m not working, I spend some of my time volunteering as a board member of Trillium Academy, a K-12 charter school with over 700 students. I’ve been a board member since 2012 and have been President since 2016. I also love staying active by traveling, spending time with family & friends, downhill skiing, boating, and reading. At the end of the day, I am happy I get to support individuals in turning their vision into reality while leaving our world a better place.
