Larry, along with two partners, founded CyberExtruder in February of 2000. He directed the company through formative and challenging times, raising money, managing cash flow and evangelizing a new technology. In the process, he developed many strong connections in the biometric security space worldwide.As chief executive, Larry worked closely with the Department of Homeland Security, the Intelligence Community, Law Enforcement, biometric software companies and integrators. He raised seed, Series A funding and led CyberExtruder’s winning entries in several venture capital competitions.Prior to founding CyberExtruder, Larry spent over 20 years in the office furniture industry, with Steelcase Inc., Vitra USA, and distributors. His positions included sales, marketing and senior management. As Managing Director of Vitra USA, he revamped the company’s distribution system in the U.S. and Canada. In his first year he maintained sales while cutting overhead and returned the company to profitability.
