Blue Skies Management is a full service vacation rental company that manages vacation rentals for property owners that want to generate income from their vacation properties year round. We use sites such as AirBNB, VRBO, and Expedia to maximize occupancy at our properties. We currently manage homes in NC and the US Virgin Islands. Our full service management includes photography, social media, marketing, maintenance, customer service, guest communication, bookkeeping, financials, and much more.

The largest award given out by the County Commissioners. -Tripled our Giving Tuesday campaign. -Our Annual Campaign reached 130% of goal to achieve our best year ever. -Organized the Annual Impact Report. -Established and strengthened key relationships in our community. -Secured the largest corporate and individual gifts in the organizations 28 year history. -Helped our organization win the Leaders in Diversity Award from the Triad Business Journal and our CEO be recognized as one of the CEO's of the Year. -Serve on the Executive Leadership Team of SSFC with an annual budget that has grown this year from $10,000,000 to over a $12,000,000 budget. -Highly engaged in the hiring and growth of the current team. -Led the process to rebuild the website and social media platforms.-Led the design of new marketing material creation. -Work to implement a strategic vision for the agency that focuses on increasing our impact on the community.
