I was ultimately responsible for ensuring all engineering activity completed on time, user migration was managed in line with deployments and completing post migration reporting to ensure CMDB accuracy. I was also the point of escalation for user exceptions and problem management. -

I managed a team of application packagers/sequencers and test engineers both onsite and offshore, I had overall responsibility for ensuring that all client applications in the estate were package, preferably via application virtualisation, for deployment through Microsoft’s System Center Configuration Manager. I was also responsible for the testing and remediation of all web based applications within the estate. I reported directly to the customer on a daily and weekly basis. -
