The Assistant Chief of Quality Improvement will oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of the organization’s overall quality improvement (QI) program that includes regulatory trainings, residential, education, clinical, and medical staff departments to identify trends, prioritize and recommend improvements, decrease duplication, and ensure consistency in the delivery of services within organization. In addition, Quality Improvement will also investigate incident reports, residential care issues, and other issues that arise.

I entered the organization is 2002 and after a few years I was promoted to Senior Residential associate. My growth continued and within two years I was promoted to Program Coordinator and then later a Residential Director and most recently to my current position as Senior Residential Director. I provide consistent supervision, training, and development opportunities for directors, program educators, senior residential associates, and residential associates.

Managed the financial and operational aspects of the business. Trained and supervised staff during a work week. Developed solid customer relations and positive team approach with other members of the management team and staff.
