REIL is a joint venture between Energystore and another Irish Energy Services provider primarily set up to assist in the delivery of the Irish Energy Obligation under the EU Directive for Energy Efficiency. REIL currently manage and deliver the energy obligation for the Irish Oil Industry (IPIA) under the Enprova brand.
