Identity & Access Management SME. Focusing on Active Directory, AD-LDS, ADFS and AzureAD/O365 platforms.

In this role I have primary responsibility for managing the Global SMS/SCCM service to our large client base, the main function is the support and delivery of the SMS/SCCM service, which involves the deployment and installation of the critical global patching to the clients systems and the delivery of Core Applications. It is a varied role that encompasses operational support, project design, product development, management reporting, process and documentation skills, teaching and mentoring to my team members in global locations.An important element of the role is engagement with the regional support teams to obtain regular status updates and feedback on the SMS/SCCM environment, allowing me to be proactive and prepared should the service be affected. I was involved in the design and delivery of the SCCM project, this involved working and communicating with business partners on both technical and non-technical levels. Providing recommendations and advice best suited for the client. I'm also involved with Active Directory team, providing operational support with a broad understanding of networking, system management and operating systems. Part my role is the development and support of (MOM) Operations monitoring toolset, this is a critical product we use for maintaining system availability, protection against unauthorised changes and security.

I supported Windows AD/XP, NT, Mail, Notes, Citrix and Unix accounts for approx. 45,000 users. This involved the creation/modifying, deletion, by manual and scripting processes, Problem solving issues, and projects involving transitions of different company environments into the Unilever framework. This role involved support to different technical teams and also face to face with customers and senior managers.

As part of the Unilever Global Messaging/Directory team, my role involved the technical support of Exchange 2003 servers, Intrastore mail servers, Entrust PKI, VPN and x500 directory as part of the Unilever network supporting 80000 users. This role requires the skills of various products from Microsoft, LDAP. PKI, Unix to Aphelion. Providing support to internal and external resolution groups, working within the ITIL framework and consistently delivering SLA agreed targets and project deadlines
