Play the roles of Public Officer and Head of the Risk Management Control Function to the Life Company. Responsibilities range from system architecture and design to product design and development to capital management.

Responsible for operational processes and governance at a team and Group level. Included coordination and prioritisation of projects as well as the development of commercial and legal contracts, governance structures, Group policy standards and risk frameworks for Group-wide market risks and investment programmes. Supported the Head of Market Risk in their management of the 6-person team.

Assisted with the separation of the PRM team into 3 operational areas through operating model setup and onboarding. Established the 4-person A&R function within BSM which interfaced with investment, actuarial, product and capital teams to perform analysis and build management reporting views for Board and Exco decision making.Played core role in developing the first Group-wide cash and capital forecasting tools to support Group decisions.
