I'm a Senior Marketing leader with over 20 years experience working in broadcast and digital media.My current role is Nations Brand Director for the BBC, leading our brand teams across the devolved nations, with additional marketing leadership responsibilities in Wales. I'm a member of the BBC Brand Direction Group, and the Nations Board. I sit on the the Nations Digital Committee, and I'm the Nations Division's BBC iPlayer representative. I'm a member of the BBC Cymru Wales Executive board, and chair both the Wales Digital Product Group and Wales Social Media Group. I'm proud to lead an incredibly talented team focused on ensuring all audiences get more value from the BBC. This includes making sure that audience insight and understanding is at the heart of our content making and decision making, the development of our brands and products across the devolved Nations, plus delivering high quality attention grabbing promotional campaigns and creative work.
