    In this employment I undertook a lot of personal development for me starting with the company in 2009 as a bar team member I quickly was identified by the management team as a potential future manager within the company, given responsibility for the bar area and also liquor stock I produced results reducing the losses in this area and bringing it in line with Whitbread required limits, In 2010 I was promoted to full time Team leader and took responsibility of the business as a Duty Manager this involves many aspects including complaint management and sales of the business, I so far this year have personally brought in approximately £10000 of business and secured a link up with P&O Ferries for a stay and Sail promotion within Premier Inn, this was a first of its kind within the company. My responsibilities also included Management of a team of 10-20 team members as well as staff training on new products and standards. During my team I also completed a business project as part of my Shooting Stars Bronze management training program.

In Aug 2008 I took on the full time role of commercial account manager this involves dealing with Key account clients and also actively seeking new account clients within this role I also dealt with the SpeedFerries courier program. Unfortunately in Nov 2008 SpeedFerries was placed into administration and I was made redundant along with the entire workforce.
