I am currently doing an apprenticeship as a zoo keeper. My general duties are animal husbandry, cleaning stalls, animal wellness checks, as well as attending the theory school in Berlin.

I started working 5 days a week from October 2021. My duties included senior back-handling (taking groups and other volunteers in with the cheetahs), general maintenance and animal husbandry, guiding tours, updating animal welfare charts, coordinating volunteers and their duties, training new volunteers, and assisting at the front desk.I was also a bat-eared fox feeder and training handler, an Anatolian Livestock Guarding dog handler, and a training caracal feeder.

I was part of a small team of waiters at a Chinese restaurant, who had to tend tables as well as occasionally tend to the bar. I would often be the one to train the newer waiters.
