Field based audiologist covering the east of England, roles include:• To develop, produce and launch Audiological trainingpackages for both NHS (Including AQP) and Private customers• To organise, on an area basis as agreed, the professionaldelivery of customer based training packages• To ensure employees are trained and up to date to anappropriate level for their roles in all aspects of audiology andproduct knowledge.• To undertake sales activities with customers as required• To develop and carry out a program of audiological software testing• To participate in customers’ meetings as required• To provide technical support to the Sales teams for exhibitions, conferences, training seminars and product launches• To liaise with and support the field sales function in their interactions with customers• To work closely with the other members of the Internal Sales and Customer Services teams to maintain a continuous quality service to all accounts.• To act as a referral point for more complex technical/audiological customer queries received by telephone or email, making decisions where necessary, in line with agreed company policy• To identify sales opportunities and ensure that such opportunities are maximised, feeding this knowledge into the CRM system.• To identify and report information regarded as “competitor intelligence” and feed information into the CRM system.• To identify potential sales opportunities in the areas of hearing instruments, batteries, audiological equipment and accessories and advise relevant area sales manager• To provide both in-house and external training on a one to one or group presentation basis.• To report monthly, on a formal basis, on all activities, both on an individual customer basis and on a UK wide basis.

Responsible for overall operations of the business which encompasses:
• Managing the entire functioning process of the store.• Coordinating the working of all departments to exceed customer expectations consistently.• Implementation of key business strategies.• Planning and executing of strategies for local area marketing and corporate contracts.
• Ensuring the timely availability of KPI-related data• Monitoring of KPI data to reflect the efficiency and effectiveness of the business.
• Business analysis to discern patterns or trends from the organised information and take action where necessary.
