I managed most aspects of their day to day working including their workload allocation, working schedule, training, appraisal and discipline (in adherence to company policies). • I managed purchasing functions such as product research, supplier selection, price and contract terms negotiations and I played a lead role in developing Aquaculture’s purchasing strategy. • I built relationships to a very high standard with a number of key suppliers.
