Responsible for their welfare, personal development and coaching/mentoring support to ensure they become and remain effective and competent police officers. Overseeing the response to, through appropriate resource allocation and management of, a variety of police incidents including crime, anti-social behaviour and welfare concern incidents, including the management of missing persons of varying risks. Responsible for supervising the management of officer case loads and crime management, providing advice and support to ensure the best service to the victims and communities of South Yorkshire.
