Army Reservist- SapperBritish Army May 2023 - PresentNottingham, England, United KingdomI am a Reservist in the Royal Enginners within the British Army.Being a Reservist has improved myself as a person in several ways that transfers over to my civilian role:. Worth ethic- while this was already a strength of mine, working for long days with limited breaks has taught me to push myself even further than I already was.. Time management- the Reserves have improved this on two fronts, balancing my army commitment with my social and main role and when performing in my army time. To balance my second job with my current role and my social commitment's has greatly improved my time management skills. My experiences with this in the army have helped me push through an achieve my goals in my main role.. Teamwork- in my Reserve career, I have met people with very different backgrounds to myself and very closely and effectively with them to achieve common aims.
