My thesis involved adapting a Transport and Reaction Simulation Engine (TaRSE), written in C++, to simulate Cattail (Typha domingensis) migration (and ppotentially other species) through a given catchment area, implemented via a Regional Scale water Model (RSM) operating over a variable triangular mesh grid.
