Using Catia V5 and Primes 3, working on the Airbus A400M along side the Hydraulic and Fuel Line Teams placing FTI equipment/cable within the Wings, Centre Wing Box and Engines. This work entails creating and modifying assemblies, installation of ‘Single Branch’ and ‘Multi Branch’ cable routings (using V5 Electrical Workbench), folded sheet metal parts and schematic/manufacturing 2D Drawings of the FTI installations that are covering the Spars, Ribs, Stringers, Covers Leading and Trailing Edge. Using Primes 3 to create Drawing Sets and BOM’s.

Drawing Office SDRC Ideas user, also using Catia V4/V5 and along with using AutoCAD helping to assist the design team with design, packaging and detailing of an automotive interior climate control units. Updating drawings and 3D models in Catia V4 and AutoCAD from a sister company and bringing them up to date, then entering them in to the AB Automotive drawing system.

The Design of Rubber Parts, Rubber Bonded to Metal Parts, Plastic parts using Ideas or CATIA V4 systems. Design work performed on Air Induction Systems, Exhaust brackets and rubbers, Suspension and Interior Trim. All these designs are in full 3D and “in car-line” also providing 2D detailed and assembly drawings for customers, toolmakers and United Polymers own drawing records.
