Based in the South West of England, I am a seasoned professional with an extensive 20-year career in the security industry. My journey began in 2004 as a security officer, from which I have continually evolved, gaining a diverse array of skills. Presently, I hold a pivotal role in the Group Commercial Team at VPS Group.In my current capacity as the Group CRM & Adoption Director, I specialise in leveraging Microsoft Dynamics to enhance our CRM strategies. My expertise lies in driving adoption and change management across a broad spectrum of stakeholders, encompassing both active users and other key parties. My approach is deeply rooted in fostering data-driven decision-making within the organisation, transitioning reliance from mere intuition or observation to concrete, actionable insights drawn from robust data analysis.I firmly believe in the transformative power of data, as eloquently stated by Geoffrey Moore: “Without big data, you are blind and deaf and in the middle of a freeway.” My goal is to enable our team to navigate away from this metaphorical freeway, towards a path of informed, strategic decision-making underpinned by the rich insights that big data offers.
