My journey began in 2004 as a security officer, from which I have continually evolved, gaining a diverse array of skills. Presently, I hold a pivotal role in the Group Commercial Team at VPS Group.In my current capacity as the Group CRM & Adoption Director, I specialise in leveraging Microsoft Dynamics to enhance our CRM strategies. My expertise lies in driving adoption and change management across a broad spectrum of stakeholders, encompassing both active users and other key parties.
