In April 2019. Altius took on Private Equity investment to help in their international expansion plans. As part of that transaction I sold my equity interests. Taking a bit of a mental rest from 'big business' if I'm honest! BUT - not one to sit idle, I oversaw the design and build of a house; qualified as a lighting designer and designed & managed 3 Smart Home and two luxury hotel lighting projects. If you ever see me looking up at your ceiling or decorative lighting and slowly shake my head and look away - I'm really sorry, but there must still be a bit of that designer in me!!

Working with FTSE 350 companies to define & design their business & technology transformation rationale & roadmaps, programme agendas & plans and associated enabling capabilities.

Leading & growing the UK sales and commercial operation of this Dutch SAP 'challenger' ERP/Supply Chain/CRM/BI organisation from $30m to $60m. I was also responsible for shaping the global accounts compensation & commission structure and was part of the UK's leadership team overseeing the integration of 3 major acquisitions.

Starting as Software Developer in IBM Warwick Lab working for 2 years on the operating system for what was arguably the first multi-tenant 'cloud' application called 'AS'. Moved to become part of the IBM Manufacturing Branch team and was both part of and led a number of major IBM accounts in the Automotive, Industrial & Engineering and Telecommunications sectors - responsible for $20m annual revenue across the entire IBM hardware, software and services portfolio.
