These have taken into account the BOD & any testing requirementsTo ensure that my bumper armature team runs as efficiently as possible I have created a status tracker for issue and release management. I have also created an internal site for easy & secure access to all relevant programme status, meeting minutes, standards, BOD & strategy.I am also responsible for ensuring the Engineering and Costs are released on time with the programme gateways to ensure that parts are received in time to the prototype builds and the changes are tracked in the correct systems.
