Being the General Manager requires non-stop extensive overseeing of day-to-day operations. This is to ensure that such cliental named above are able to rely on our wide range of on-demand expertise.Extensive experience in recruitment of traffic management, construction workers, crane drivers, welders and office personnel. Am able to understand appropriate costs across various industries.

My role as General Manager for NSW and QLD entailed the coordination of the fleet between the two states for various shutdowns. Programming transport of the fleet for all sites. Performing mass inductions, training programs for all new employees. Managing the QLD branch, attending contractual meetings, overlooking expenses, budgets, handling all workers compensation claims, conducting thorough incident investigations, fatigue management, site inspections, recruiting, fleet maintenance and allocations when required.
