Compiled regular product comparison reports versus competitors for use by the sales team. Provided regular feedback to the sales team about possible sales opportunities/leads, resulting in increased sales. Used initiative to provide pro-active promotion of product launches and regional events. Reviewed pipeline cases regularly and took proactive action to ensure a satisfactory resolution. Trained customers over the phone during the transition from a paper based system to a fully online application system. Supervised new starters in all elements of the job role. Compiled client specific investment reports for advisers to use in client meetings.
