I am a hard working strong minded individual. Working in a fast paced engineering business I strive for customer satisfaction 100% of the time. I have worked in engineering since leaving school and I have undertaken numerous roles. Working my way up from being an apprentice through to field service technician,workshop team leader/field service technician to present as service supervisor for the north. Leading a team of 16 field service engineers and working daily with service co ordinators to ensure the team of engineers are working productively and efficiently. I am the point of contact to key customers in the water, power, gas and oil sectors. Driving the service division forward and striving for a first time fix in the field is paramount to my role. Working with each engineer individually I also ensure there training needs are met and kept up to date in all aspects of the business to allow us to fulfil a variety of on site tasks. I am a self driven person who can work on my own or as part of a team and have built up strong relationships with colleagues and customers alike.
