Responsible for delivering the Trans Exchange Programme, which involves planning and storing bus journey and stop information, exporting this data to public-facing websites and live timetables, and integrating it into the EDW for analytical purposes. Also leading the Cost & Revenue Management project, designed to enhance financial compliance and profitability insights, down to the route level of the bus franchise.

Contracted to manage a program of work for the Royal Mint, including the development of a new Bullion trading platform in Episerver, integrated into the existing Royal Mint consumer site and linked to AX via iCore middleware. The project team comprised 2 consultants, 14 developers (including 5 offshore), 3 QA testers, and 1 designer.Key Projects at Maginus:• Royal Mint: Led the project to develop a Bullion trading platform in Episerver, ensuring seamless integration with the existing consumer site and AX via iCore middleware. Directed a diverse team to successfully deliver the project.• Joe Browns: Optimized the checkout process and overall site performance following the launch of a Magento 2 project. This work significantly improved conversion rates.• Ralawise: Took charge of a struggling B2B site pilot project facing governance challenges and a large backlog. Implemented effective delivery management and processes; the site has now been optimized and successfully rolled out across Europe, handling a high volume of transactions.• Smeg: Managed the transition to direct sales due to increased demand for fridges and freezers during COVID-19. This global initiative started in the UK, with the site being developed in Episerver and integrating with Maginus custom middleware for Maginus OMS. Led a team of 2 consultants, 4 developers, and 1 QA tester.• ESPO (Eastern Shires Procurement Office): Oversaw a large Magento 2 implementation merging two sites for Frameworks and shop functionalities. Integrated with System 21 ERP and Agility PIM via Maginus custom middleware. Involved from scoping through to Agile delivery, managing a team of 2 consultants, up to 8 developers (including 3 offshore), and 1 QA tester.

The role of Programme Manager was a new appointment to Riverford during a restructure of the IT department. I was responsible for recruiting a new team of three project managers/business analysts. Following the recruitment, I line managed the three PM/BAs and our business intelligence developer to implement a programme of work replacing all our key IT trading systems: Microsoft Dynamics ERP, Magento Enterprise ecommerce system, Salesforce CRM, and payment gateway all of which include integrations, migrations, full consultation with the Franchise network and tendering new suppliers. I was also responsible for overseeing the management of our ‘Business as Usual’ projects such as customer retention and reactivation campaigns. Day to day responsibilities included budget management, defining statement of works with incoming 3rd party development partners (including offshore), risk & issue management, setting budgets and tolerances for the project managers and insuring all projects work within the bigger programme scope and presenting back to the company board of directors.
