I have spent many years working in the hospitality and leisure industry managing large events and teams of people, i have now transfered many of these skills to a new role in the security industry working to supply security services to clients across the UK. Using my skills and management experience i am able to see key areas and wants that clients need and expect from a security provider as i was previously a client using various security companies.This gives us the leading edge when having conversations and consulting on the needs of our clients. I have worked as a manager for many years managing large teams of people and organising staff across multiple areas and types of business to ensure customers are having needs met and running a seamless operation.I now have more of a backseat when it come to staff management but and very much in control of business management and developing the company to enable us to work closely with more clients.We are able to offer amazing training opportunities to everyone to help enhance careers, options and businesses with retention of staff through training and development opportunities.
