Making the summary of things discussed in a meeting to be later reviewed on the beginning of the next meeting4. Making the monthly revenue and expenditure report5. Making the tri-monthly magazine about activities of the organizationThe organization held a multi-faceted event in April 2013 at Museum Nasional which include; - an exhibition of high valued traditional cloths owned by prominent Indonesian ladies in history,- a fashion show,- wokshops,- bazaar, and- seminars.In correspond to this event the secretary functions as helper to every department of the event. From planning to the aftershow. This includes;1. The distributions of invitations to the members, spouses of ambassadors or female ambassadors, chiefs of cultural centers in Jakarta such as IKJ, Goethe Institut, British Council, IFI, etc.,2. Doing the correspondence mainly with the Museum Tekstil as well other proprietors to borrow the exhibited items,3. Doing the correspondence with the Museum Nasional concerning the use of halls and rooms,4. Inviting the speakers of the seminars,5. Inviting various designers to participate in the bazaar,6. Fund-raising: writing proposals, selling books, managing income from bazaar participants, etc.,7. Advertising
