I am a experienced manager and education professional, with experience of delivering high quality national training programmes, through to small bespoke one-to-one training sessions.Having worked as an Operations Director a national training company, managing high profile training contracts which included Thistle Hotels and Hilton Hotels, I established by own company in 2003 and was awarded Young Business Person of the Year in 2010 at the Forester Business Awards.I have lead the company through delivery of a Customer Service programme for First Great Western throughout their network, and delivery of NVQ and Apprenticeship programmes as Director, and also Lead IQA. I am proud that we have maintained direct claims status for our centre throughout it's operation, and now are a DCS centre for Highfield Awarding Body for Compliance and Qualsafe Awards. With changes to the funding environment, I made a strategic decision to focus on our commercial programmes, which lead to a change in focus towards the delivery of compliance training, which was further enhanced through our acquisition of First Aid Glos in 2014.
