Leading in our efforts to drive economies of the ‘part out’ or ‘RTP’ of end of life engines.Having previously held roles as Programme Manager developing data and performance information systems, business analytics and contract implementation in the defence industry, working closely with the U.K. MOD. 20 years experience in the Services sector, including Programme Management, managing FMCG supply chain, Customer account management and Logistics SCM. I am an experienced leader with direct and indirect reports in the U.K., Germany, UAE, Singapore and the US. I have a highly developed understanding of the aerospace industry, the needs of Customers, commercial demands as well as how the supply chain operates. I have spent several years Programme Managing, developing and operationally managing logistics support services in terms of warehousing and shipping globally in addition to being Accountable Lead Manager for our Airline, MRO and Defence Customers. As well as 20 years experience, I have numerous professional qualifications. I am APM PMQ qualified as well as a Certified SCRUM Master in Agile Management and a member of the Association for Project Management. I have many other qualifications in Leadership, Process Development, Kaizan, Six Sigma, Negotiating and Influencing. I'm a keen Programme Manager with core skills on developing Projects to time and cost and leading a team to our collective goals. I am also very experienced in critical review and fire fighting for solving urgent operational issues as well as having many years experience of coaching and learning skills across large, multicultural groups.
