I worked for Toyoda Gosei for 13yrs working in the kaizen dept for 10yrs. Over those years I improved cell layouts, waste motion, material flow, c/t 5s/2s1y and introduced abnormality management through visualisation to increase productivity. This involved working along side prodution introducing standardised work throughout the secondary process, reducing waste motion and combining work elements whilst still achieving takt time. I also introduced built in quality (right first time) along side set parts supply to improve quality, cost and delivery to our customers.
