I love to write about aviation and that really is my main passion, although I also like to talk about it as co-presenter of Xtended, a monthly, aerospace podcast. We came second that time in the final reckoning, but last year it was announced that we had been awarded the hugely prestigious ‘Guild of Air Pilots and Air Navigators Award for Aviation Journalism’ – this for our extensive coverage of the Harrier’s retirement from UK service. GAR covers every facet of the aerospace genre - ranging from modern military to historic aviation, through airshows and industry news with everything in between covered off too. It has been an honour to work so closely with many military air arms, businesses, owners and industry figures and our aim is to continue doing exactly that - bringing you the best aviation features on the net including a host of exclusive content, not just on GAR but now also courtesy of Global Aviation Magazine.
