With a truly global client base, Gareth works with labs all over the world to support his athletes with valid sports science.He is the author of the book “Triathlon// cutting edge training for athletes of all abilities” and was head coach of the UCLA Triathlon Team for six years.Gareth is the CEO and creative director of PKRS.AI.
