I invited the course design staff to observe and gave them advice on how and why the course design should be changed. This change ensured that all personnel that were users of cryptographic material were better informed and able to carry out their duties unhindered and without further risk to loss and accidental destuction. -

I had to ensure that training I delivered was correct and up to the standard expected of me, whilst ensuring that I catered for all learning styles and abilities. Finally conducting testing of all students to ensure that training was understood and retained by the learners. Also ensuring that records were taken and safeguarded in a correct manner whilst conforming to GDPR rules. -
