Responsible for the Management of the UK sales team consisting of a team of 11 people, both inside and outside sales performance covering all global liner services offered by ZIM Integrated Shipping Services. Reporting to UK Director and Area Management.Manage all Outside Sales activity against set targets and assisting in Sales Calls to obtaining new business and identify personal training developments to individuals when required. Update and analyze departmental KPI results for internal Sales activity, measuring volume of quotations issued, telesales activity, lost business and growth for new business, highlighting areas where training may be required internally.Monitor and maintain relationships with Global Accounts for the line and represent ZIM for UK markets and customer Service issues.Set overall Individual performance targets in conjunction with allocated areas against Budget within CRM system and measure performance against input into CRM system on a weekly basis.Work as part of the Senior Management team to achieve costs savings and efficiencies.
