With over 35 years of experience in the marine and shipping industry, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise in ship operations and management. My career began as a Deck Officer with Shell Marine, where I honed my skills on tankers from 1989 to 2000. During this time, I developed a strong foundation in navigation, safety protocols, and crew management.Since 2000, I have been with CLARKSONS Ship Brokers, specializing in LPG Vessel Operations. Over the past 24 years, I have overseen the smooth and efficient operation of LPG vessels, ensuring compliance with international maritime regulations and optimizing logistical processes. My role has involved close collaboration with clients, shipmasters, and port authorities to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.Key achievements include:- Implementing process improvements that reduced operational costs.- Leading a team to achieve a consistent on-time delivery rate, significantly enhancing client satisfaction.I am passionate about leveraging my extensive industry experience to drive operational excellence and contribute to the success of forward-thinking shipping companies. I am now seeking a new challenge where I can apply my skills in a managerial capacity, focusing on ship operations within the dynamic and evolving marine sector.
