Tasked with assisting the manager in identifying and implementing necessary changes and improvements with the intention of setting the store up for long-term success. Ancillary objective of ensuring the store ceases to negatively affect, directly or indirectly, other stores operating within its organizational area. Expected to take on responsibilities straddling the positions of supervisor and assistant manager, and to develop professionally to enable career progression at own store.

General cleaning and maintenance tasks. Fulfilling supervisor responsibilities, e.g. cash handling and end-of-day cashing up, providing cover for management in their absence, authorizing other colleagues' actions, and key holder.
