Gareth held the position of Chief Technology Officer at CloudSymphony, the leading UK Salesforce implementation partner for charities and non-profits. Gareth joined the business in its infancy and established the processes, people, and technology that successfully scaled the business to become the leading consultancy focussed on its sector in Europe, as well as securing key landmark sales successes. In addition, Gareth set the technical direction for the organisation and the clients it worked with, helping them to use technology to drive enterprise level organisational change and improve their effectiveness. Gareth was personally involved with developing the design and strategy on a number of high profile engagements, including a fundraising system for a world famous hospital, a call handling system for a national emergency helpline, a volunteer management system for the leading blind and partially sighted charity, and a micro volunteering system for the leading dementia charity

Gareth led an initiative to drive the technology and business change required to propel the organisation to a dominant European position in its market

Gareth performed the roles of Programme and Solution Architect, implementing Salesforce.com across their business, leading the design and implementation of a global Service Cloud solution, as well as providing best practice expertise on process, architecture, and data across their portfolio of projects
