In 2019 I took my BUSINESS ENGLISH COACHING skills ONLINE.I use platforms like ZOOM, SKYPE and MICROSOFT TEAMS to create an interactive and immersive virtual classroom.I provide students with a PERSONALISED Google Drive folder which ACCOMPANIES them throughout their LEARNING JOURNEY.The courses are extremely STRUCTURED beginning with a trial lesson/strategy session to establish SMART goals and LEARNING NEEDS and finishing with EVALUATION of achievements against goals.In my course learners know exactly where they are going in their LEARNING JOURNEY and how to achieve success in ENGLISH, in both BUSINESS and in LIFE!I have used this coaching process, to coach over 500 learners since launching online, in a variety of different multinational companies, receiving very strong feedback and seeing huge improvements in English performance.

In 2018 I was looking for new opportunities to develop my coaching skills ONLINE.I decided to join La UOC, the world renowned online Open University, becoming a COURSE INSTRUCTOR. I manage and coach a virtual classroom of 50 learners each trimester, using the Google Suite, Moodles and Tandem video exercises to motivate my learners to achieve their course goals. All my courses have a very high pass rate.

In 2006 my aim was to develop my coaching skills and give them an extra dimension.I moved from the UK to Spain and combined my love of exploring different cultures and business coaching skills, becoming an IN-COMPANY BUSINESS ENGLISH COACH.I designed and delivered bespoke ONE-TO-ONE and GROUP English learning solutions, to all levels of staff, at FERRER PHARMACEUTICALS. My specialism was MOTIVATING business people to excel in English, in challenging business scenarios such as GIVING PRESENTATIONS and NEGOTIATIONS.During this period, the VARIETY of my industry knowledge expanded through providing my coaching services to other companies, in various different industries. On returning from my world tour, I felt the desire to further develop my training skills and continue to build my ability to help business people through COACHING in the FINANCIAL INDUSTRY. I began my role as a TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT MANAGER, which involved delivering sessions ranging from technical computer-based training to behavioural soft skills, to groups of up to THIRTY delegates, from REGIONAL MANAGERS to CASHIERS.I was constantly developing my coaching skills by giving these courses and, specifically, by providing in-branch coaching sessions to individuals, as part of an ACCREDITATION PROCESS.I project managed the design and delivery of Line Manager programmes and motivational training, which initiated my talents in designing BESPOKE COACHING/TRAINING MATERIALS.
