This is done through - Contract consolidation and simplification- Enhanced vendor management- Enhanced focus on customer success. Understanding that when a device fails it can have a detrimental effect on the business operations and it isn't just the IT department that will feel the effects.- Lifecycle management - While internal resources are focused on bringing innovation back to the business to help future growth we review vendor information to determine the lifecycle of all devices within the environment. We then bring the information back to the business in simplified findings so that educated decisions can be made in a timely manner and before an unsupported device can have an effect on the business.- Proactive thought leadership - As business reliance on IT becomes higher and as Hybrid Cloud becomes the norm it is imperative that the interconnects are a focus.
