Media companies rely on our online video platform as their open, central hub for managing, monetising, and syndicating billions of internet video views each year. My role as a CSM is primarily consulting focussed, providing hands on customer facing support throughout various stages of an engagement; from pre-sales through to integration and production.As such, the role is multi-faceted, and provides a fantastic balance of planning, architecture, hands-on coding and infrastructure management. The problems and challenges encountered during the content lifecycle call on skills from almost every aspect of my IT career so far; and more often than not, during the course of a single day.Recent projects:A 1.5 year effort for BT migrating their Video Online Services Platform to our hosted MPX solution. This involved weekly onsite visits to Adastral Park - Ipswich. The migration went exceedingly well, transferring a customer base of +1M set top boxes to a cloud backed platform.I've also performed ad-hoc project work for Viaplay, Liberty Global, and Parsifal amongst others.

Kit Digital provides software and services to the worlds largest cable companies, entertainment brands and corporations to deliver content across multiple screens over IP. My role in Kit involves responsibility for designing, integrating and delivering elements of over-the-top video solutions for Kit Digitals most critical clients.

Day to day infrastructure and application management for large video vendors in both a project delivery and operational capacities. Managed small customer focussed teams of engineers to deliver solutions on time and within budget.Projects included green field environment builds for AT&T Uverse in California, Foxtel in Australia, and Liberty Global in various EMEA countries.Local projects included Channel4 and SeeSaw.

I spent 4 years at Energis starting shortly after leaving College starting as a Datacenter Engineer. Being a go-to person I progressed through the ranks of the support organization quickly and discovered an affinity for Unix / Linux. I supported an array of very large commercial websites such as Opodo, Virgin Money, and Smile.
