I was responsible for identifying and acquiring sites in the South West of England from Cornwall to Hampshire and up to Berks, Oxon and Glos borders. Acquired a variety of different sites within a reasonable radius of town centre amenities, and across a number of different products within the retirement and care market.

I was solely responsible for the acquisition of development sites for Churchill Retirement Living within the following areas: North Hants, West Berks, Oxfordshire and Gloucestershire.With a newly developed contact base in the South West of England I was been able to generate a successful flow of opportunities to fit a very tight purchasing criteria. I contributed to our team's increased efficiency and regularly achieved our land purchase target.

Making new contacts and regularly speaking with existing contacts with regard to receiving every new opportunity available in excess of 25 units within W; Managing solicitors, architects, surveyors, planning consultants, renewable energy specialists, arboriculturalists, archaeological consultants, ecological consultants, sales and marketing consultants, local estate agents and the in-house affordable housing, technical and commercial departments in order to promote the purchase of each site.
