I was responsible for identifying and acquiring sites in the South West of England from Cornwall to Hampshire and up to Berks, Oxon and Glos borders. Acquired a variety of different sites within a reasonable radius of town centre amenities, and across a number of different products within the retirement and care market.

I was solely responsible for the acquisition of development sites for Churchill Retirement Living within the following areas: North Hants, West Berks, Oxfordshire and Gloucestershire.With a newly developed contact base in the South West of England I was been able to generate a successful flow of opportunities to fit a very tight purchasing criteria.
