Chairman, and advisor to a successful insurance start-up (now an established brand) specialising in cycle insurance. Worked with the CEO and board to develop the product and brand, along with assisting the IT team to deliver the technology roadmap. Mentored the CTO by providing technology leadership guidance.

Working with the executive team at Kabbee to help grow the business from startup to a successful consumer technology brand. Developed the in-house technology team from a very small number of developers to a large high-performing department, Kabbee carried out a series of funding rounds with high profile investors.

CIO for THG (The Hut Group) where I lead the IT department with responsibilities for all operational systems, product development, information management and digital strategy, growing the technology department to 200+ members of staff and transforming the IT function by aligning it to the business strategy. A member of the board and deeply involved with the acquisition of several high-profile companies by THG (MyProtein, LookFantastic, Mankind etc.).Responsible for implementing a number of critical growth projects, such as a new warehouse management system that replaced an in-house-developed end-of-life product.Part of the IPO team utilising my previous successful IPO experience with Moneysupermarket.
