Planned and implemented service levels to enable a clinical system implementation to support the business requirements leading to a fast and reliable solution that meets the needs of staff and clinicians.Developed management reports using Microsoft Reporting Services to provide benchmarking and management information which were used to track the progress of the implementation, improved funding opportunites and quality of clinical documentation.Worked with a group of clinicians to setup a data collection tool for a research project aimed at reducing skin tears. Determined business requirements and designed a technical specification for the development of a blocked invoice report in SAP. Once the report was completed there was a time saving of over 8 hours per week.
