Explore some of our signature projects below.▪️Public Health Leadership Training: Contracted by the CDC as an approved provider, leading regional trainings across Africa, the Americas, and Asia since 2023. Facilitated, designed, and evaluated 'The unnamed road,' a key program under the PHI/CDC Global Health Fellowship.▪️Clinical Trials Research Leadership: Directed design research in Thailand for global RCT guidelines, collaborating with Quicksand, Wellcome, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, and the African Academy of Sciences.▪️HIV and Health Service Innovation: Managed a 3-month project with WHO Philippines and ASHM, mapping HIV and Sexual Reproductive Health Service Networks for adolescents and young key populations.▪️Executive Leadership Program Development: Created and implemented a 3-month tailored program for WHO Western Pacific's senior staff, focusing on data, strategy, and innovation within the Healthy Ageing Unit.▪️MEAL Framework for ILGA Asia: Conducted external evaluation and designed a MEAL framework, plus developmental evaluation for ILGA Asia, enhancing accountability and learning.▪️Entrepreneurship & Innovation Initiatives: Co-designed a pilot-readiness tool for the Global Ocean Plastics Data Challenge, aiding early-stage environmental innovation pilots.▪️Strategy Development: Served as designer and co-facilitator for a strategy retreat in Pakistan, contributing to the Global Polio Eradication Initiative.▪️Design Coaching for Government Innovation: Acted as a design coach within the 'Design Gov' movement, a partnership between ATÖLYE, IDEO, and the UAE government.
