I am the Computing Hub Lead for Cheshire West and Wirral based out of the Fallibroome Trust. My role is to promote the different aspects of the NCCE, such as the Computing Quality Framework and the I Belong Programme, as well as schedule CPD which helps teachers obtain the GCSE Computer Science Subject Knowledge Certificate and the Secondary Computing Certificates.

Giving Internet connectivity/configuration support to both internal and external customers, had a 10 month secondment to the Internet Security Team where all aspects of Internet Security were dealt with, experienced with fault management systems such as Remedy and Heat. Also experienced with using the Cisco UBR 7200 Command Line Interface and configuring Wireless Networks.

I was working in Connect-to-Libraries. This is a public access facility in four of the main libraries in Merseyside. One of my responsibilities (amongst others) was teaching courses (both about different aspects of the Internet and the different packages included with Microsoft Office).
