About Gareth Griffiths

An experienced educator of Computing and using computing technologies across all age ranges with a previous background in technical support. I have a background in programming, then I moved into support roles, with a slight emphasis on Internet Security and then finally moved into teaching Computing: first for a large, 'outstanding', oversubscribed comprehensive school then for an innovative, award-winning, educational consultancy and now back into teaching at a secondary school in Chester, teaching all year groups from Y7 - Y13.Since the beginning of the National Centre for Computing Education I have been involved in two roles - as a course facilitator, delivering training to a wide variety of teachers to improve their knowledge in delivering Computer Science and also as a CS Champion, supporting teachers all the way through to completion of the CS Accelerator Programme.

Listed skills include Technical Support, Networking, Cisco Technologies, Wireless Networking, and 26 others.
