I enjoy helping people and have, consequently operated in the service sector all my working life.For the past 40 years I have specifically enjoyed supporting Businesses in identifying and providing financial tools and strategies to take each business forward , the last 10 years exclusively in the Healthcare Sector.I have also been fortunate enough to apply these experiences to the Healthcare Sector directly , in helping two local Clinical Commissioning Groups, as a board member and Audit Chair to provide safe and effective Healthcare within an increasingly commercial environment. Having recently retired from the Bank , I also now hold Board positions with a successful Housing Association and a Liverpool based GP consortium . Additionally I’m a Lay Member for Health Education England, assisting with their Speciality Recruitment and Post Graduate training and have also been appointed as Vice Chair for a local Health Informatics service and additionally, a Pan Mersey Prescribing Committee - all adding to my growing public sector experience.
