Management of a Large International eMetrics client account which involved:* Providing a Web Analytics consultancy service to clients; giving advice on web development plans and initiatives as well as evaluation of online marketing strategies.* Training client staff at various levels in the use of Touch Clarity and ProClarity reporting tools and in performing Web Analytics Analysis for web development and marketing.* Creation, with the use of Microsoft Excel for both analysis and publication, a monthly management report summarising for the client web site and campaign performance across European markets.* Handling of client requests, questions and problemsResearch and Project Management:* Management of various development projects utilising both internal and 3rd party assets to create new interface tools for dashboard reporting.* Managing an in-depth research project to study and find commonalities in cross site user behaviour resulting in a presentation of findings at annual forum.Technical maintenance and development of the in house eMetrics system:* Proving support for the deployment of web site tracking systems across client sites primary with JavaScript and Action Script.* Design and building of data management and processing applications in VB and Java.* Experience in the use of data warehouses and OLAP database systems including data transformation processes on MS SQL 2002 and 2005 database.* Updating and Maintenance of Apache Tomcat ‘logging server’* Updating and Maintenance of reporting front end with JSP* Data mining and Analysis and Dashboard design and setup with ProClarity Profesional
